TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Tonya R. Vaughn, 30, 600 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:03 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Darryl Ewing, 22, 1600 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:14 a.m. Probation violation.

Matthew E. Buell, 35, no address available. Booked 11:13 a.m. Manufacture methamphetamine (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, possession of chemical reagents/precursors, dumping controlled substance waste and maintaining a common nuisance.

Kimerly M. Kozik, 36, 3200 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:18 a.m. Manufacture methamphetamine (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, possession of chemical reagents/precursors, dumping controlled substance waste and maintaining a common nuisance.

Andrew E. Sickles, 42, 4000 block of East Melton Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 p.m. Domestic battery.

Anthony C. Varda, 29, 8000 block of East Davis Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:25 p.m. Dealing controlled substance (two counts) and maintaining a common nuisance.

Antwan L. Rudd Jr., 19, 1600 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:04 p.m. Theft.

Timothy M. Burns, 32, 1300 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:22 p.m. False reporting/informing and probation violation.

Kayla S. Coleman, 19, 2200 block of North Catherwood Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 8:01 p.m. Battery.

Kaley A. Bell, 21, 800 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:40 p.m. Criminal trespassing and criminal conversion.

Shaneta A. Moothery, 21, 1700 block of Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:06 p.m. Criminal conversion and failure to appear.

Cynthia R. Bower, 46, 400 block of West Griffith Street, Shelburn. Booked 10:39 p.m. Precursor violations.

Friday

Gina D. Penn, 49, 100 block of Sumner Street, West Terre Haute. Booked midnight. Criminal conversion.

Jessica Maryon, 39, 1400 block of South 11 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked midnight. Criminal conversion and possession of paraphernalia.

Keely Hutchinson-Sanders, 21, 4300 block of Spring Acres Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:09 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

Cheridan T. Felling, 21, 400 block of South 6 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:10 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

Stephen D. Kellams, 21, 10 block of Briarwood, Terre Haute. Booked 1:20 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

Iva Clark, 27, 2800 block of Phylbeck Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:02 a.m. Failure to appear.

Terrance Trotter, 22, 7700 block of Wyck Court, Terre Haute. Booked 2:22 a.m. Battery and court order.

Keara G. Williams, 27, no address available. Booked 4:12 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
