Vigo County Jail Log: Nov. 22, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Joshua L. Baugh, 21, 1400 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:58 a.m. Possession of drug/alcohol test interferent.

Michael J. Rybka, 19, 10100 block of East Railroad Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:45 a.m. Failure to appear.

Nicole L. Livingston, 41, 8700 block of Bono Road, Terre Haute. Booked 2:55 p.m. Criminal conversion and failure to appear.

Robert V. Risely, 41, 800 block of South Charles Street, Farmersburg. Booked 7:38 p.m. Criminal conversion and possession of marijauana/hash.

Friday

Floyd A. Shepard, 35, 10 block of South Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:01 a.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Joshua A. Ping, 29, 2100 block of North U.S. 150, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:54 a.m. Assisting a criminal and failure to appear.

Brittany G. Wright, 25, 10200 block of East Gibbs Avenue, Rosedale. Booked 12:55 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine.

Corey M. Underwood, 24, 2400 block of North 1875th Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 1:41 a.m. Public intoxication.

Robert A. Richey, 38, 600 block of Main Street, Lafayette. Booked 2:39 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
