Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 11, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Gerald L. Reedy, 29, 100 block of South First Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:48 a.m. Bond revocation.

Shirley C. Milner, 42, 2100 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:40 a.m. Bond revocation, theft and escape.

Dennis D. Baugh, 44, 2100 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:55 a.m. Theft.

Michael Lowery, 20, 1500 block of Chase Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:23 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jason P. Dawson, 26, 1600 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:37 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and invasion of privacy.

Carl L. Long Jr., 35, Terre Haute. Booked 11:11 p.m. Domestic battery.


Jeffrey A. French, 42, 1100 block of Buckeye Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:23 a.m. Resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended and possession of methamphetamine.

Benjamin D. Henry, 27, 300 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:10 a.m. Escape and court order.

Chance D. Kernstein, 29, Terre Haute. Booked 2:15 a.m. Burglary and court order.

Chris A. Lowery, 47, 1900 block of North 30th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:31 a.m. Child pornography (two counts), child molesting and probation violation.

Matthew A. Mahoney, 36, 8300 block of South Lisa Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:36 a.m. Child molesting.

Joseph Rodriguez, 44, 400 block of Margaret Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:49 a.m. Parole violation, domestic battery, intimidation and criminal confinement.

James B. Rich, 21, 700 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:50 a.m. Intimidation, battery, resisting law enforcement and criminal conversion.

Larry D. Russell, 40, 2600 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:17 a.m. Criminal confinement (three counts), neglect of a dependant (three counts), court order (two counts).

Phillip R. Tegenkamp, 27, 500 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:24 a.m. Robbery, burglary, aggravated battery and criminal confinement.

Robert C. Allard, 32, 900 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5 a.m. Failure to appear.

David W. Fredrick, 43, 2100 block of North 30th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5 p.m. Intimidation, invasion of privacy and probation violation.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
