Kenneth J. Creasey, 40, 3500 block of West Woodland Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:15 a.m. Battery.

Robert J. Shepard, 50, 2200 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:52 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jerry L. Rutledge, 30, 4100 block of East Hull Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:18 a.m. Receiving stolen property (two counts).

Joseph E. Deverick, 45, 1400 block of Poplar Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

Martin Williams, 52, 1200 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:46 p.m. Probation violation.
