TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

David Wiles, 61, 200 block of North Cross Street, Robinson, Ill. Booked 1:03 p.m. Theft.

Wendy L. Daub-Dexter, 41, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 p.m. Theft.

Scott S. Bailey, 21, 1200 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:31 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Gerald L. Gilbert, 42, 1600 block of Sycamore Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:20 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Justin T. Earl, 27, 5000 block of Wilkie Road, Terre Haute. Booked 4:24 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bobby E. Wright, 48, 10200 block of East Gibbs Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:59 p.m. Battery, failure to appear (two counts) and court order.

Logan Euratte, 20, 200 block of Adams Boulevard, Terre Haute. Booked 6:30 p.m. Battery.

Aaron J. Brown, 19, 1400 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:34 p.m. Criminal confinement.

Dominick Iacobazzi, 65, 1200 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:41 p.m. Failure to appear.

James W. Lister, 42, 1300 block of Woodley Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:21 p.m. Battery.

Thursday

Miles L. Portee, 24, 3000 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Dominic Smith, 19, 2200 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:28 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of controlled substance.

Kyle S. Suggs, 18, 1900 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:42 a.m. Possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and carrying a handgun without a permit.
