Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 26, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Jennifer McMonagle, 35, 2400 block of Idaho Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:15 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Toby C. Zaler, 40, 2200 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:22 p.m. Criminal mischief.

Bradley C. Allen, 37, 100 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:03 p.m. Probation violation.

Jamie L. Hogue, 29, 1800 block of North 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:03 p.m. Domestic battery.

Troy A. Jeffrey, 46, 2400 block of North 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:21 p.m. Domestic battery.

Carl W. Dickerson III, 40, 10 block of South Hanley Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:54 p.m. Strangulation and battery.

Chelceie Barrientez, 25, 2700 block of Hamstrom Road, Portage. Booked 11:04 p.m. Precursor violations and parole violation.

Shawna L. Cunning, 24, 1200 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:09 p.m. Failure to appear, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and police battery.


Amanda M. Robertson, 28, 3800 block of East Ladika Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 a.m. Theft, fraud and criminal conversion (three counts).

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
