TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


James D. Freeman, 36, 1600 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:35 p.m. Escape (two counts).

Deena R. Hancock, 26, 3000 block of Dean Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:23 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kenneth L. Foye, 35, 20 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:37 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thomas A. Herman, 49, 300 block of Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:47 p.m. Public intoxication.

Todd A. Snow, 46, 2400 block of Idaho Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:13 p.m. Failure to appear.


Brian A. Prouse, 23, 2200 block of South 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:17 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Robert D. Evans, 42, 9500 block of Indiana 159, Terre Haute. Booked 2:26 a.m. Domestic battery.

Bradley W. Fox, 25, 2400 block of Dillman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:54 a.m. Public intoxication.

Rhonda Reynolds, 53, 2200 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 a.m. Obstructing justice.

Steven L. Snodgrass, 48, 1500 block of Wilson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:09 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Samantha S. Miller, 28, 3400 block of East Moyer Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 3:25 a.m. Theft and failure to appear.

Michael O. Branch, 48, 10 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:30 a.m. Domestic battery.

Anthony J. Whitcomb, 20, 400 block of North 400 East, Valparaiso. Booked 3:44 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Tosha D. Towles, 37, 10 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:50 a.m. Failure to appear.

Amber M. Reynolds, 33, 2200 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:22 a.m. Obstructing justice and probation violation.

Sidney W. Moore, 19, 6200 block of East Hawthorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:43 a.m. Failure to appear.

Amina Madrid, 20, 700 block of Springhill Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 12:30 p.m. Failure to appear.

James P. Camp, 48, 2300 block of South 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:54 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Matthew S. Junker, 21, 300 block of South 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:08 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
