Vigo County Jail Log: Oct. 24, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Jason P. Dawson, 26, 1600 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:03 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bryan E. Krumreich, 27, 2200 block of East Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:25 p.m. Domestic battery.

Jennifer N. Thibodeaux, 28, 2200 block of East Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:42 p.m. Failure to appear.

Donald R. Miller, 59, 9700 block of North Eppert Street, Fontanet. Booked 7:17 p.m. Operating while intoxicated, habitual traffic violator, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Arlow A. Paletis, 30, 10 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:24 p.m. Public intoxication and criminal trespassing.

Jeffrey A. Cooper, 50, 900 block of South Bridgeton Road, Rockville. Booked 11:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

Michelle R. Prouse, 44, 1400 block of Fruitridge Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:23 p.m. Theft.


Jose C. Gomez, 23, 4500 block of North 23rd Avenue, Phoenix, Ariz. Booked 1:14 a.m. Driver never licensed.

Damon Pruitt, 21, 1900 block of Lee Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:20 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
