James R. Whitaker, 45, 2900 block of West Old U.S. 40, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:36 a.m. Failure to appear.

Taiwan D. Richards, 38, 2000 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:53 a.m. Failure to appear.

James D. Crowley, 50, 2300 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:16 a.m. Failure to appear.

Miya C. Rivera, 41, 4300 block of South Hilton Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:55 a.m. Theft (two counts).

Carla K. Rardin, 43, 2300 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:21 p.m. Probation violation.

Nick A. Balder, 24, 1600 block of South Wilson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:57 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Shandi Donnenhoffer, 20, 5700 block of East Hawthorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:30 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Brady D. Mullins, 20, no address available. Booked 3:20 p.m. False reporting/informing and dealing methamphetamine.
