Wednesday

Craig Leibacher, 39, 8700 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:09 p.m. Parole violation.

John L. Chilton, 48, address, Terre Haute. Booked 12:57 p.m. Failure to appear.

John K. Tuberosa, 47, 700 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:49 p.m. Failure to appear.

Crystal R. Carrico, 32, 10 block of North 22nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4 p.m. Contempt of court.

Brandy R. McCullough, 25, 1300 block of East Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:34 p.m. Driving while suspended and leaving the scene-property damage.

Oscar E. Foster, 54, 900 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:57 p.m. Residential entry.

Linda J. Ridener, 54, 100 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:36 p.m. Failure to appear.

Michael Lindsay, 49, 2700 block of Putnam Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:18 p.m. Failure to appear.

Casey O. Carrigan, 26, 1300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:21 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Adam L. Bieker, 30, 6300 block of North Clinton Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:25 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thursday

Shane J. Johnson, 22, 1200 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:29 a.m. Failure to appear.

Sylvia G. Darden, 27, 200 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:24 a.m. Probation violation.

Maureen Skelly, 50, 1900 block of Division Street, East Troy, Wis. Booked 3:02 a.m. Failure to appear.

Ray E. Skelly, 50, 500 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:10 a.m. Court order.

David Schroeder, 33, 800 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:30 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Michael A. Palmer, 26, 2200 block of Batestown Road, Danville, Ill. Booked 3:48 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
