Providence Food Pantry moves to new building

ST. MARY-OF-THE-WOODS — Providence Food Pantry, a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Providence of St. Mary-of-the-Woods, has moved to a new building, doubling its size.

The new pantry, which will continue to serve about 300 families monthly and operate solely by the generosity of volunteers, opened its doors April 11. There will be an open house for the community at the pantry’s new location, 701 W. National Ave. in West Terre Haute, from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday.
