Vigo County Jail Log: July 25, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Don T. Davis, 54, 800 block of South Fourth Street, Montezuma. Booked 11:25 a.m. Battery.

Jonathon P. Grigsby, 46, 800 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:18 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Wendy L. Dexter, 40, 2300 block of West Woodland Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:28 p.m. Possession of controlled substance and operating while intoxicated.

Logan D. Lynch, 24, 11600 block of West County Road 300 North, Linton. Booked 5:04 p.m. Failure to appear.

Ashley N. Lynch, 20, 1500 block of Barbara Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:10 p.m. Disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana/hash and failure to appear.

John H. Fuson Jr., 65, 100 block of South MacElroy Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 6 p.m. Bond revocation.

Bobby L. Seeley, 31, 900 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:01 p.m. Failure to appear.

Nathan A. Pabst, 27, 1400 block of Monterey Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:11 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of controlled substance.

Dylan J. Kirk, 22, 4100 block of East Isabell Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:58 p.m. Battery by body waste and intimidation.


Willie L. Holloway, 21, 300 block of South 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:22 a.m. Violation of no contact order and failure to appear.

Terrence L. Bell, 45, 2400 block of Chase Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:39 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
