• Donald R. Orman Jr., 25, 600 block of Linden Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:32 p.m. Battery-domestic.

• Mark L. Theisen, 57, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 1:45 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Shauna A. Sheets, 25, 1900 block of West Curry Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:36 p.m. Dealing cocaine or narcotics and maintaining a common nuisance.

• Lucas R. Carter, 30, 2700 block of Jackson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4 p.m. Court order (two counts).

• Dwight Sargent, 37, 11300 block of Witch Hazel Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 4:37 p.m. Court order (two counts).

• James D. Sickles, 33, 4200 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:41 p.m. Failure to appear and probation violation.

• Jada J. Tresner, 24, 1600 block of Michigan Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 5:01 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Andrew J. Fagg, 22, 2200 block of North Orchard Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:51 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Melissa Hayes, 33, 500 block of South Sherman Street,  Brazil. Booked 11:16 p.m. Failure to appear.


• Joseph C. Reedy, 26, 1100 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:29 a.m. Battery and operating while intoxicated.

• James A. Conger, 22, 8800 block of Boehning Court, Indianapolis. Booked 12:39 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and battery-domestic.

• Brandy Pine, 30, 1400 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:46 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and nonsupport of a child.

• Joshua Lee Sharp, 27, 1600 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:50 p.m. Burglary, theft, escape, resisting law enforcement, habitual traffic violator and failure to appear.

• Jodi L. Phillips, 33, 1100 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:11 p.m. Possession marijuana/hash and possession of methamphetamine.

• Joseph Corbin, 28, 2500 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:22 p.m. Possession marijuana/hash, dealing marijuana/hash, possession of methamphetamine and habitual traffic violator.

• George H. Bailey, 26, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:06 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine (two counts) and failure to appear.

• Michael E. Hann, 40, 1200 block of North Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:59 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

• Jimmy R. Johnson, 29, 300 block of South Fifth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:19 p.m. Possession marijuana/hash

• William R. Moody, 33, 1300 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:53 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement (four counts).

• Stephen J. Dowd, 45, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:19 p.m. Failure to appear, criminal conversion, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

• Tyler L. Norton, 31, 1600 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:07 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).
