TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Carrie E. Pendley, 23, 1100 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:02 a.m. Failure to appear.

Kentrel T. Bailey, 21, 900 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:32 a.m. Probation violation.

Michael A. Johnson, 43, 10 block of East Cresthill Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:18 p.m. Court order and invalid charge.

Arthur Sellers Jr., 57, 1900 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:19 p.m. Failure to appear.

Randall E. Myers, 33, 400 block of North 10th Street, Clinton. Booked 2:54 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Justin R. Curtis, 32, 7300 block of Pipestone Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 3:39 p.m. Probation violation.

Daniel M. Ashcraft, 33, 1700 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:01 p.m. Possession of chemical reagents/precursors.

Rocco D. Cherry, 22, 2400 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

Joseph H. Lanning, 47, 1300 block of Tippecanoe Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:39 p.m. Probation violation.

William E. Osborn, 42, 2600 block of North 15 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:22 p.m. Arson and failure to appear.

Alycia A. Martin, 26, 1900 block of South Hulman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:22 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Bryan C. McFadden, 29, 1900 block of Hulman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:28 p.m. Battery.

William E. Offord, 42, 400 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:45 p.m. Battery-domestic, failure to appear and burglary.

Friday

John D. Bowden, 42, 800 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jerry Orman Jr., 19, 1100 block of North Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:14 a.m. Battery-domestic, burglary, criminal mischief and driver never licensed.

Kasey G. Bowman, 21, 500 block of South Leavitt Street, Brazil. Booked 4:36 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
