Vigo County Jail Log: April 2, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Greg A. Miller, 47, 10000 block of South 600 East, Carbon. Booked 12:51 p.m. Failure to appear and theft.

Jan A. Riddle, 52, 5200 block of East Greenbriar Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 3:08 p.m. Court order.

Aaron W. Hos, 24, 1500 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:44 p.m. Probation violation.

Chad A. McKillop, 39, 2000 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:31 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Donald R. Orman, 25, 2300 block of West Woodland Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:02 p.m. Probation violation.

Conner P. Tackett, 20, 200 block of North Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:37 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Zachery Higginbotham, 22, 200 block of South Main Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 11:52 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash.


James Patrick, 21, 1100 block of Gardena Street, Michigan City. Booked 1:21 a.m. Criminal trespassing and failure to appear.

Quental D. Weston, 24, 500 block of South Lake Street, South Bend. Booked 1:49 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and resisting law enforcement.

Maurice L. Martin, 34, 1100 block of South 11 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:31 a.m. Battery-domestic.

Ronald Coffey, 70, 8300 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:23 a.m. Court order.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
