Vigo County Jail Log: March 19, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Gregory A. Johnson, 20, 200 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:36 p.m. Failure to appear.

Nicole L. Collins, 34, 2300 block of North 28th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:03 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Jason W. Sickles, 39, 2100 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:03 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Richard S. Gregory, 39, 3100 block of North 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:15 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Richard H. Fernandes, 56, 300 block of Shady Oak Court, Terre Haute. Booked 8:34 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Courtney N. Means, 21, 1300 block of North Shady Lane Drive, Scottsburg. Booked 8:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

Wednesday

Jacob Hubbard, 20, 200 block of South Harmony Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:03 a.m. Intimidation, operating while intoxicated, minor consuming and disorderly conduct.

John A. Foster, 21, 2900 block of Krumbhaar Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:59 a.m. Failure to appear.

James I. Stewart, 32, 900 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:13 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Adam C. Higgins, 30, 2000 block of North 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:31 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
