Chad A. McKillop, 39, 2000 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:02 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jessica R. Duke, 31, 9400 block of North Eppert Street, Rosedale. Booked 2:21 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Robert E. Bauer, 33, 3900 block of East Tower Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:01 p.m. Probation violation and possession of controlled substance.

Jerry A. Ellinger, 37, 2900 block of South Thompson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:29 p.m. Stalking, residential entry, criminal mischief (two counts) and intimidation.

Shawn N. Bynum, 39, 400 block of South Fulton Street, Clinton. Booked 3:49 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Dorothy L. Pine, 46, 400 block of South Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:36 p.m. Failure to appear.

Clay W. Certain, 39, 2300 block of McKeen Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:24 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).
