Vigo County Jail Log: Oct. 9, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Joseph P. Dahlstrom, 21, 10 block of West Compton Street, Brazil. Booked 9:05 a.m. Failure to appear.

Lacey N. Johnson, 21, 400 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:34 a.m. Theft.

Sahara M. Wolfe, 28, 1300 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:46 p.m. Bond revocation.

Trent E. Cooper, 37, 2200 block of Huber Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 4:03 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Emanuel D. Bained, 38, 2200 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:29 p.m. Theft.

Ted R. Branson, 64, 9200 block of North Private Road 375 West, Brazil. Booked 5:38 p.m. Court order.

Tionne L. Childs, 20, 2500 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:39 p.m. Probation violation.

Brandon L. Yates, 27, 2900 block of East Park Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:34 p.m. Failure to appear and cirminal conversion.

Wednesday

Kenneth A. Brockmeier, 43, 10 block of North Ralston Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:09 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Albert L. Elkins, 47, 1100 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:41 a.m. Dealing cocaine.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
