Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 27, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Richard L. Miekow, 30, 200 block of Emil St., Farmersburg. Booked 11:23 a.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Myranda Akers, 21, 10 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:18 p.m. Probation violation.

Aaron Hall, 26, 800 block of West 37th Street, Anderson. Booked 3:38 p.m. Court order.

Dennis L. Jorgenson, 57, 600 block of Linden Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:03 p.m. Domestic battery (two counts).

Adrian M. Mullenix, 32, 100 block of East Blain Street, Brazil. Booked 4:06 p.m. Court order.

Angela D. Brown, 42, 2100 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:44 p.m. Failure to appear.

Vincent A. Stevens, 21, 3000 block of South 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

Angela C. Hetterscheidt, 41, 2000 block of 23 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 7:49 p.m. Failure to appear.

Adrian M. Morris, 28, 300 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:33 p.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash, driving while suspended and possession of paraphernalia.

Richard L. Tarrh, 22, 1300 block of North Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:40 p.m. Failure to appear.

Friday

Sean I. Robinson, 21, 2100 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:25 a.m. Criminal trespassing and possession of paraphernalia.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
