Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 11, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Kayla M. Watts, 30, 600 block of West Cherry Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:05 a.m. Probation violation.

Ronald Ramsey, 48, 800 block of 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:34 a.m. Driver never licensed, parole violation and false reporting/informing.

Colleen M. Held, 31, 2500 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:46 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Crystal L. Jarvis, 47, Farmersburg. Booked 1:09 p.m. Failure to appear and probation violation.

Robert R. Carpenter, 34, 8600 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:10 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thomas W. Myrtle, 27, 1900 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:54 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Rodney D. Woods, 54, 1100 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:02 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
