TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement Friday through Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Jeremy C. Halbrooks, 35, 1013 block of North Windomere Avenue, Dallas, Texas. Booked 12:57 p.m. Probation violation.

Robert K. Harlan, 25, 1700 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:14 p.m. Resisting law enforcement, false reporting/informing, possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear.

Donald L. Kirkendall, 52, 800 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:09 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Bradley S. Buntain, 26, 4900 block of North Lafayette Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:41 p.m. False reporting/informing, possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear (two counts).

Randy R. Mosele, 57, 100 block of Charing Cross Road, Terre Haute. Booked 9:07 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Lameki Owens, 23, 2100 block of North 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:16 p.m. False reporting/informing.

Shawn V. Rogers, 38, 2000 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:42 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Bryant E. Mahurin, 35, 1441 block of Plump, Terre Haute. Booked  10:29 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, dealing methamphetamine and driver never licensed.

Ricky D. Murdock, 56, 200 block of North Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:20 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.


Andrew I. Hogue, 24, 1400 block of Elm Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:20 a.m. Aggravated bettery and failure to appear.

Bethany D. Wright, 27, 2900 block of East Phylbeck Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:38 a.m. Public intoxication.

Gregory L. Sanders, 26, 2300 block of East Thomas Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:02 a.m. Failure to appear.

Bradley Wilkey, 38, 1700 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:01 a.m. Residential entry and criminal mischief.

Andre D. Sibley, 41, 1500 block of Cruft Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:59 a.m. Failure to appear.

Sara Slaughter, 37, 10 block of South Madison Street, Bowling Green. Booked 9:37 a.m. Probation violation.

Donald W. Pearson, 23, 100 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:37 p.m. Stalking.

Derek L. Peak, 23, 3000 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:09 p.m. Aggravated battery.

Joshua A. Peak, 28, 3000 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:12 p.m. Aggravated battery.

Ricky Wood, 56, 2700 block of Cruft Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:22 p.m. Domestic battery.
