Vigo County Jail Log: July 10, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

 

Wednesday

Kristopher W. Bunting, 37, 400 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:55 a.m. Forgery, theft and fraud.

Edward K. Britt, 28, 2000 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:48 a.m. Probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and court order.

Christopher G. Bays, 28, 200 block of West Harris Street, Sullivan. Booked 3:31 p.m. Domestic battery and resisting law enforcement.

William R. Miller, 24, 300 block of South Fourth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:46 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brittany M. Garred, 21, 500 block of West Central Avenue, Brazil. Booked 8:38 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and false reporting/informing.

Ian Daugherty, 33, 600 block of Swan Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:58 p.m. Criminal trespassing and public intoxication.

Thursday

Brittany Buchanan, 22, 600 block of East Pinckley Street, Brazil. Booked 12:05 a.m. Domestic battery.

Ronald Komonce, 27, 2900 block of South 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:22 a.m. Domestic battery.

Donald E. Snyder, 35, 8700 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:31 a.m. Domestic battery.

Amanda D. Snyder, 31, 8700 block of East Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:02 a.m. Domestic battery.

Kynon P. Johnson, 18, 400 block of South Stratton Street, Sullivan. Booked 2:18 a.m. Reckless driving.

Isaac S. McMullen, 53, 900 block of Church Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:39 a.m. Public intoxication.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
