Vigo County Jail Log: June 27, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Devrie Rhodes, 21, 7900 block of East Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:21 a.m. Domestic battery.

William P. Underwood, 25, 600 block of Elm Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:38 a.m. Criminal trespassing.

David W. Wyrick, 49, 2900 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:53 a.m. Court order.

Danielle Haraway, 36, 300 block of South Franklin Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:47 a.m. Failure to appear.

Kelly N. Godsey, 29, 300 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:06 p.m. Domestic battery.

Devonce O. Whitesides, 20, 1300 block of North Chestnut, Terre Haute. Booked 9:28 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash and failure to appear.

Friday

Oscar Foster, 55, 200 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:10 a.m. Public intoxication.

Carrie L. Cannon, 26, 300 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:28 a.m. Failure to appear.

Amberly D. McClelland, 28, 400 block of North Columbia Street, Brazil. Booked 1:34 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia (two counts).

Michael Morton, 25, 400 block of Maple Street, Marshall, Ill. Booked 3:45 a.m. Resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated and reckless driving.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
