TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

• Jessica Hofmann, 26, 100 block of North Meridian Road, Center Point. Booked 7:07 a.m. Probation violation.

• Kevin K. Kennedy Jr., 27, 1900 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:04 a.m. Probation violation (two counts).

• James L. Moore, 20, 100 block of North Lawndale Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 1:23 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Zach Edington-Hensley, 18, 2800 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:51 p.m. Battery-domestic and criminal confinement.

• Larry O. Strong Jr., 38, 900 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:39 p.m. Bond revocation (two counts).

• Daniel D. Joy, 37, 2600 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:50 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Norman C. Wilson, 39, 7800 block of Gillman Road, Indianapolis. Booked 4:19 p.m. Probation violation.

• Rethel M. Neal, 49, 10 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:38 p.m. Fraud and forgery.

• Zachary R. Long, 28, 11500 block of North Ward Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 5:08 p.m. Battery-domestic.

• Quental D. Weston, 25, 1800 block of North 61⁄2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:27 p.m. Court order.

• Richard H. Snyder, 56, 1200 block of East Dreiser Square, Terre Haute. Booked 6:29 p.m. Public intoxication.

• Richard E. Gaskin, 32, 400 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:03 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

• Joshua Vines, 26, 2200 block of North Orchard Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:34 p.m. Intimidation and invasion of privacy.

• Daniel H. Rowe, 38, 900 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:15 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and fraud.

• Chanon Rowe, 35, 900 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:09 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Rhonda J. Thomas, 46, 6700 block of West County Road 600 North, Brazil. Booked 10:16 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tuesday

• Thomas Bolden, 43, 400 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:06 a.m. Failure to appear.

• James B. Johnson, 21, 300 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:45 a.m. Battery.

• Craig A. Shepard, 33, 300 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:37 a.m. Failure to appear, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
