Vigo County Jail Log: July 16, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Jane A. Shaffer, 51, 1700 block of South 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10 a.m. Failure to appear.

Stephen J. Dowd, 45, 500 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. BOoked 11:30 a.m. Probation violation.

Steven R. Bealmear, 45, 1700 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:56 a.m. Failure to appear and theft.

Deondray Baker, 25, 3200 block of East Park Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:10 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kyle A. Layman, 27, 600 block of Indiana Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:28 p.m. Burglary, resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene-property damage.

Timothy Galbraith, 45, 2400 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:09 p.m. Bond revocation.

George O. Thomas, 35, 8600 block of Lavigne Road, Brigham. Booked 3:20 p.m. Parole violation.

Travis J. Kraemer, 21, 1400 block of Barbour Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:58 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jury B. Sollars, 53, 4200 block of Sunflower Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:16 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement.

Gina R. Kirkman, 34, 7600 block of North 42 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:40 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine.

Gregory S. Peak, 48, 2900 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:16 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine and failure to appear.

David L. Peters, 45, 1400 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:58 p.m. Probation violation.

Savannah N. Harden, 25, 800 block of South 10th Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:31 p.m. Neglect of a dependant.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
