TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Jennifer A. Thomas, 22, 2100 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:52 p.m. Probation violation.

Carole A. Holman, 46, 2800 block of Earlswood Lane, ,Indianapolis. Booked 5:07 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Tara N. Ketola, 18, 600 block of South 22nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:09 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Cody G. Leach, 24, 1300 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:48 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Nathan S. Shelton, 18, 1500 block of North Spruce Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:27 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and criminal trespassing.

James D. Davis, 40, 2400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:30 p.m. Failure to appear and probation violation.

Juiley A. Bailey, 36, no address, Rosedale. Booked 8:45 p.m. Theft.

Charles D. Morgan, 32, 1700 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:04 p.m. Battery-domestic.

James M. Tabor, 30, 1700 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:51 p.m. Failure to appear.

Venessa G. Watson, 21, 100 block of East Voorhees Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:55 p.m. Theft.

Ryan Neice, 29, 800 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:22 p.m. Battery-domestic.


Dusty R. Murray, 27, 1500 block of North Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:19 a.m. Battery.

Billie D. Labeau, 28, no address. Booked 12:40 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jordan C. Garretson, 20, 700 block of East Lovers Lane Road, Peru, Ind. Booked 1:31 a.m. Failure to appear.

James M. Buckallew, 28, 200 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:40 a.m. Battery-domestic and interference crime.

Lisa D. Yantis, 47, 100 block of East Honey Creek Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:47 a.m. Failure to appear.

Darrell E. Smith, 47, 1100 block of South 11 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:11 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Rakeshkumar Patel, 39, 500 block of South Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:14 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Dallas E. Mossholder, 21, 2000 block of Plum Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:35 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene-property damage.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
