Vigo County Jail Log: March 26, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Jessica L. Kimmel, 25, 1600 block of West Michaels Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:29 a.m. Forgery and theft.

Nicholas A. Reynolds, 33, 1300 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:22 p.m. Bond revocation.

Larry Mooney, 50, 1200 block of West National Avenue, Brazil. Booked 2:20 p.m. Failure to appear.

Angela Fields, 33, 3700 West Indiana 46, Cory. Booked 2:39 p.m. Contempt of court.

Kristina M. Loveland, 21, 2500 block of North 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:38 p.m. Court order.

Amy E. Jones, 35, 3400 block of East Moyer Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 3:42 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jonathon C. Berry, 19, 2800 block of Happy Hollow Road, Brazil. Booked 4:07 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Mary A. Stadler, 40, 5500 block of West Happy Hollow Road, Brazil. Booked 4:17 p.m. Resisting law enforcement (two counts), neglect of a dependent and reckless driving.

Christopher Cronkhite, 26, 800 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:48 p.m. False reporting/informing.

Ashley N. Batchelor, 20, 1200 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:42 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Robert J. Cordell, 32, 800 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:53 p.m. Criminal conversion and possession of marijuana/hash.

Miranda D. Patterson, 27, 2100 block of Hendricks Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:35 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Tuesday

Jacob S. Lynch, 19, 6400 block of North 1000 Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 3:15 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and minor consuming.

James J. Leffler, 46, 4000 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:49 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
