Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Cynthia L. McCoy, 35, 1000 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Alexandra M. Cooper, 20, 1700 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Police battery, battery, resisting law enforcement, criminal conversion and failure to appear.

Jasmine D. Jones, 19, Terre Haute. Booked 5:55 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and criminal trespassing.

Reece M. Farnham, 23, 1100 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:13 p.m. Failure to appear.

Rebecca J. McFall, 43, 700 block of North Virginia Street, Rockville. Booked 7:43 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jon Pastorius Jr., 22, 500 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:26 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Calvin C. Fisher, 41, 800 block of South 10th Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:26 p.m. Domestic battery and aggravated battery.

Jeremy Wright, 35, Farmersburg. Booked 11:18 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated.

Kinderick L. Kester, 19, 300 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:09 a.m. Minor consuming, resisting law enforcement and obstructing justice.

Shane J. Johnson, 23, 1200 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:46 a.m. Robbery and failure to appear.

Brock J. Mathews, 23, 12200 block of North Murphy Road, Brazil. Booked 12:55 a.m. Robbery.

Michael J. Love, 33, 1200 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:14 a.m. Public intoxication.

Felicia S. Poulter, 31, 700 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 2 a.m. Failure to appear.

Douglas Krischak, 42, 600 block of South Seventh Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:36 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Phillip A. Evans, 35, 1200 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute. Booked 5:15 a.m. Murder and aggravated battery.

Bonnie J. Monk, 31, 6800 block of North Wahoo Tree Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:52 a.m. Battery, disorderly conduct (two counts), resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Jonathan M. Cooper, 24, 200 block of McKinley Boulevard, Terre Haute. Booked 9:37 a.m. Domestic battery, operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash, driving while suspended and failure to appear.

Ryan T. Hunt, 23, 2600 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:24 p.m. Domestic battery and interference with a crime report.

Wesley T. Lindsey, 30, 2100 block of North Euclid Place, Terre Haute. Booked 8:19 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Roseline A. Hunt, 24, 2600 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:56 p.m. Domestic battery.

Mike Lawler, 53, 1700 block of Pin Oak Court, Terre Haute. Booked 9:06 p.m. Failure to appear.

William R. Clark, 41, 1100 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:44 p.m. Public intoxication.

Shane J. McGovern, 33, 300 block of South Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:16 p.m. Violation of no contact order.


John T. Bailey, 29, 2600 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:20 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Darious Webb, 19, 1000 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:33 a.m. Carrying a handgun without a permit.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
