TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Lori A. Frost, 45, 1000 block of North Terre Haute, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:56 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, precursor violations and maintaining a common nuisance.

Ralph D. Lee, 43, 3400 block of Carollton Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:47 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tyron Bynes, 42, 4400 block of South Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:03 p.m. Court order and domestic battery.

Bradley S. Conder, 49, 1300 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:16 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Michael M. Tarwater, 28, 2500 block of North 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:06 p.m. Failure to appear.

Donald Jones, 27, 3600 block of North Clinton Road, Terre Haute. Booked 2:25 p.m. Contempt of court.

Sheila M. Strong, 50, 2400 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:22 p.m. Bond revocation (two counts).

Maeshell A. Goad, 47, 1100 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:06 p.m. Failure to appear.

Zachary K. Beeler, 25, 2800 block of South 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:10 p.m. Domestic battery and criminal confinement.

Kathy A. Akers, 45, 100 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:28 p.m. Criminal conversion and failure to appear.

Jerry L. Evans, 36, 2800 block of Dean Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:17 p.m. Probation violation.

Jonathon Q. Taylor, 33, 1200 block of North Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:17 p.m. Criminal trespassing.


Carl E. Miller, 40, 8000 block of South 400 West, Columbus. Booked 12:56 p.m. Theft.

Presley R. Harris, 21, Rural Route 2, Sumner, Ill. Booked 1:06 a.m. Theft.

Michael J. Mundell, 28, 500 block of East 43 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:22 p.m. Driving while suspended and operating while intoxicated.

Zacherey T. Brown, 20, Terre Haute. Booked 2:39 a.m. Criminal trespassing.

Jessey E. Gernigin, 29, 600 block of Cherry Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:10 a.m. Domestic battery and strangulation.

Darren J. Zaremba, 22, 3800 block of South Wellington Place, Terre Haute. Booked 3:34 a.m. Probation violation.

Thadias J. Carpenter, 19, 500 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:20 a.m. Court order and failure to appear (two counts).

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
