Vigo County Jail Log: April 4, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Donald Bickel, 51, no address. Booked 6:31 a.m Court order.

Dakota R. Tischer, 23, 2200 block of North Tabortown Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:57 a.m. Bond revocation.

Rosemary M. Mundy, 37, 3200 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:23 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jacob E. Lowe, 37, 800 block of Walnut Street, Clinton. Booked 2:08 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

Nicholas D. Ribble, 33, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 4:52 p.m. Public intoxication.

Emilee N. Lallow-Cox, 35, Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:56 p.m. Failure to appear.

Chad A. Miller, 31, 3700 block of East Beulah Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:36 p.m. Battery-domestic and failure to appear.

Jennifer E. Jackson, 26, 7100 block of West New Goshen Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:53 p.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
