Zachary L. Crockett, 23, 9400 block of South U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 9:25 a.m. Domestic battery and battery.

Jacob J. Cuvelier, 20, 10 block of Greenhaven Court, Terre Haute. Booked 10:41 a.m. Court order.

Trevon L. Childs, 23, 1400 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:36 a.m. Battery.

Emoni M. Williams, 18, Rhoades Hall, Indiana State University, Terre Haute. Booked 1:17 p.m. Dealing controlled substance and possession of controlled substance.

Bryant D. Jackson, 24, 1900 block of West Coil Street, Indianapolis. Booked 2:18 p.m. Probation violation.

Michael R. Atkinson, 59, 7100 block of West Leiber Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:32 p.m. Domestic battery and criminal mischief.

Debra L. Edington, 45, 5600 block of West New Goshen Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:32 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Lafaette I. Garrett, 30, 2800 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:47 p.m. Theft.

Michael D. Burns, 38, Dillsboro. Booked 9:45 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Samuel J. Weihert Jr., 28, 1900 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:15 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Christopher S. Newman, 23, 2600 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:29 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine (four counts), maintaining a common nuisance and receiving stolen property.


Emilee N. Lallow-Cox, 35, 300 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:04 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and resisting law enforcement.

Joshua J. Kerr, 22, 1900 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:11 a.m. Domestic battery.

Cody J. Taylor, 23, 200 block of Oakland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5 a.m. Residential entry and battery (two counts).

Malinda A. Chism, 26, 100 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 a.m. Battery.

Heather C. Hlatko, 25, 900 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:54 a.m. Battery (two counts) and residential entry.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
