Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 10, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Michael K. Floyd, 23, 100 block of North Meridian Road, Centerpoint. Booked 7:24 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jenarius S. Thurman, 21, 4700 block of Karen Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 1:34 p.m. Battery.

Robert D. Clinkenbeard, 53, 11700 block of North County Road 500 East, Pimento. Booked 2 p.m. Theft.

Michael Baughman, 36, 3600 block of West Bellefountain Road, Hamilton. Booked 4:37 p.m. Court order.

Jamie E. Poe, 38, 500 block of South Washington Street, Jasonville. Booked 4:40 p.m. Probation violation.

Taylor S. Green, 18, 1000 block of East Washington Street, Martinsville. Booked 5:10 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Taiwan D. Richards, 37, 2000 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:53 p.m. Failure to appear.

Donald Lee Anderson, 29, 8300 block of North Market Street, Stinesville. Booked 7:41 p.m. Probation violation.

Courtney E. Palmer, 33, 300 block of West Baylor Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 9:04 p.m. Failure to appear.

Gary J. Leyes, 25, 21300 block of North 2620th Street, Dennison, Ill. Booked 10:26 p.m. Criminal trespassing, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Barbara J. Bell, 34, 1500 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:28 p.m. Failure to appear.

Lyndee R. Garrett, 32, 2100 block of Winslow Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:47 p.m. False reporting/informing and public intoxication.

William J. Gallagher, 18, 800 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:54 p.m. Failure to appear.


Kyle R. Bales, 23, 400 block of East Springwood Avenue, Dana. Booked 2:59 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, driving while suspended and possession of controlled substance.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
