Lisa Jukes, 31, 3300 block of East Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:15 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine, dealing in a counterfeit substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Stephanie L. Davidson, 25, 1600 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:10 p.m. Failure to appear.

Christopher I. Payton, 44, 10 block of Heritage Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 5:54 p.m. Failure to appear.

Howard R. Nicoson, 58, 500 block of East Blakely Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:55 p.m. Arson.

Jeffrey L. Morris, 23, 2300 block of South 10 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:54 p.m. Rape.

Nicole R. Skyberg, 24, 10 block of Russell Avenue, Clovis, Calif. Booked 7:05 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Krisann Hood, 34, 9900 block of East 720 South, Brazil. Booked 7:56 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Samantha L. Balder, 25, 1100 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:58 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Emmett L. Smith, 25, 6900 block of Hemlock Avenue, Gary. Booked 9:22 p.m. Court order.

Crede D. Fitzpatrick, 49, 3100 block of South Joab Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:45 p.m. Public intoxication and intimidation.

Jason L. Buchanan, 25, 1100 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:29 p.m. Residential entry and battery.

Friday

Shawn P. Henneman, 22, 2200 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:02 a.m. Disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Bradley J. Loges, 54, 16000 block of South Cypress Street, Farmersburg. Booked 12:13 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Emilee N. Lallow-Cox, 35, 300 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:21 a.m. Failure to appear.

McKencee Johnson-Dunn, 19, 300 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:27 a.m. Battery.

Alexandra R. McMasters, 21, 3100 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:29 a.m. Battery.

Edward A. Bailey, 33, Harrison Apartments, Terre Haute. Booked 2:31 a.m. Failure to appear and criminal mischief.

Nathaniel C. Disney, 24, 1300 block of Walnut Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:34 a.m. Domestic battery.

Mohammed Alanazi, 25, 100 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:53 a.m. Public intoxication.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
