Vigo County Jail Log: Dec. 19, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Phillip Sanders, 49, 1900 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:19 p.m. Failure to appear and criminal recklessness.

Nicole L. Orman, 31, 1100 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:52 p.m. Probation violation.

Michael L. Kirkendall, 50, 100 block of East Voorhees Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:59 p.m. Probation violation and bond revocation (two counts).

Kimberly M. Siner, 46, 300 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:11 p.m. Misdemeanor police battery and resisting law enforcement.

Darcie R. Clements, 42, 2100 block of South 22nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:44 p.m. Domestic battery.

Robert E. Inman, 26, 2700 block of Durkees Ferry Road, New Goshen. Booked 11:30 p.m. Failure to appear, operating while intoxicated and driver never licensed.


Prescott R. Smith, 60, 6500 block of Aintree Terrace, Indianapolis. Booked 12:14 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
