Vigo County Jail Log: April 24, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Jasmine M. Watson, 21, 100 Fayette Street, Dieterich, Ill. Booked 7:44 a.m. Failure to appear.

Lisa M. Montgomery, 53, 1700 block of North 30th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:59 a.m. Bond revocation.

Darryl J. Day, 19, Mills Hall, Terre Haute. Booked 4:52 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Abbey R. Adams, 21, 4100 block of South Spring Acres Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:16 p.m. Public intoxication.

David W. Eisenbrandt, 31, 200 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:57 p.m. Public nudity and public intoxication.

Wednesday

Christy J. Pursell, 28, 7300 block of South 18 1/2 Place, Terre Haute. Booked 2:48 a.m. Battery-domestic.

Jaleel R. Johnson, 22, 2200 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:11 a.m. Battery and failure to appear.

Justin M. Hagan, 19, 100 block of Countryside Drive, Bardstown, Ky. Booked 3:17 a.m. Minor consuming.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
