Terre Haute Parks & Rec Department selling firewood

The Terre Haute Parks and Recreation Department will again this year be selling surplus firewood from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the maintenance building in Deming Park.

All proceeds will go into the Parks endowment fund to be used for future recreation programs and/or projects. Pricing will be $40 a truck load, cash only.

All firewood has been cut and is ready for a fireplace or woodstove.

Buyers will need to load their own firewood the day of the sale.
