TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Mary L. Davis, 45, 2300 block of Spang, Terre Haute. Booked 5:03 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Shawn M. Bass, 26, 2800 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:40 a.m. Failure to appear.

Robert D. Rooksberry, 23, 2900 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:44 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Robin L. Moran, 33, 7600 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:30 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Aaron J. Nickols, 27, 7400 block of East Margaret Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 12:56 p.m. Court order.

Jeffrey A. French, 43, 1100 block of Buckeye Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:15 p.m. Failure to appear.

Timothy L. Runyon, 54, 700 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:35 p.m. Failure to appear.

Clint D. Lawson, 25, 12700 block of South Carlisle Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:50 p.m. Burglary, legend drug violation and theft.

Mario J. Gaston, 32, 200 block of North 23 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:42 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Justine K. Johnston, 23, 3400 block of East Birch Grove Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3 p.m. Failure to appear.

Robert L. Williams, 33, 500 block of North Main Street, Sullivan. Booked 3:38 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Jesse L. Key, 34, 1300 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:16 p.m. Failure to appear.

Robert D. Quick, 34, 1900 block of North Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:45 p.m. Domestic battery.

Sara Pruett, 25, 3700 block of East Phillips Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:52 p.m. Receiving stolen property and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Wednesday

Pamela J. Ridenour, 62, 200 block of South Section Street, Sullivan. Booked 12:01 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash.

Maurice D. Harris, 33, 600 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:48 a.m. Public intoxication.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
