Vigo County Jail Log: Nov. 19, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

David J. Sickles, 44, 2100 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:31 a.m. Probation violation.

Rico R. Spillers, 19, 10 block of Pines Drive, Spencer. Booked 11:24 a.m. Failure to appear and court order.

Lewis R. Ross Jr., 34, 1600 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:11 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, domestic battery and strangulation.

Ashley N. Brown, 23, 3600 block of East Carol Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:34 p.m. Domestic battery.

Keeghan L. Tetidrick, 23, 1500 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:45 p.m. Domestic battery.

Joshua L. Fields, 23, 1400 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:47 p.m. Failure to appear.

Charles Hancock, 39, 7100 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:16 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Justine K. Johnston, 23, 3400 block of East Birch Grove Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:21 p.m. Gambling.

Robert Huffman, 63, 4400 block of North 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:41 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash.

Audrey J. Eisman, 20, 11200 block of East Gibbs Avenue, Rosedale. Booked 8:04 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Tuesday

Roy Roman, 24, 2400 block of North 30th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:16 a.m. Failure to appear and court order.

Christopher J. Gossman, 36, 1800 block of East 44th Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 12:50 a.m. Driving while suspended.

Bryan S. Martin, 48, 1800 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:45 a.m. Invasion of privacy and failure to appear.

Mary L. Davis, 45, 2300 block of Spang, Terre Haute. Booked 5:03 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
