Vigo County Jail Log: Jan. 10, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Lakishia R. Jones, 37, 2500 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:58 a.m. Robbery.

Craig R. Skelton, 41, 3100 block of Buckeye Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:33 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.

Jesse E. Padgett II, 23, 200 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:28 p.m. Court order.

Kevin Barker, 46, 400 block of Hoosier Street, Morgantown. Booked 3 p.m. Failure to appear and court order.

John H. Fuson Jr., 66, 100 block of South McIlroy Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:36 p.m. Bond revocation (two counts).

Rodney D. Knight, 46, 100 block of North Eighth Street, Vincennes. Booked 5:51 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Jamie J. Cottingham, 37, 10 block of South Fifth, Terre Haute. Booked 7:54 p.m. Public intoxication and failure to appear.

Ronald E. Collins, 34, 1600 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:06 p.m. Criminal mischief.

Friday

Marshal L. Kluesner, 22, 300 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:33 a.m. Failure to appear.

Benjamin A. Young, 29, 2600 block of Sibley Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:18 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
