The new Terre Haute Children’s Museum invites the public to a Masonic cornerstone ceremony at 2 p.m. Oct. 11 at Wabash Avenue and 8th Street.
This will mark the first Masonic cornerstone ceremony in Terre Haute since 1931 and will include a procession from the Masonic Centre, a Grand Lodge inspired ceremony and a Mayoral proclamation.
All children attending the event will receive a free one-day pass to the current children’s museum.
This is an opportunity to witness a time-honored tradition practiced by our nation’s forefathers and to support the ongoing efforts of the Children’s Museum.
