A Terre Haute man has been sentenced to 19 years, seven months in prison for conspiracy to traffic in methamphetamine.
Aaron Burk, 31, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court, Southern Indiana, to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of the drug.
Burk was involved in a conspiracy to traffic meth into Indiana and Kentucky from Texas. Police arrested him Jan, 12, 2005, after the execution of a search warrant at his residence.
At sentencing on Jan. 27, Judge Larry J. McKinney also imposed five years supervised release after imprisonment.
