A Solsberry man was listed in fair condition after being injured in a Greene County accident that blocked traffic for nearly three hours Wednesday.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department reports that a vehicle driven by Stephanie Hudoff, 22, of Solsberry, was southbound on Indiana 45 north of County Road 350 North around 9:55 p.m. Wednesday when she crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by Jeffery Wyatt, 37, of Solsberry.
Wyatt told Deputy Jeremy Inman he was unable to avoid Hudoff, according to the report.
After impact, Wyatt’s vehicle caught on fire, and he was assisted out of the vehicle by a bystander, while Hudoff remained trapped in her vehicle, the report states.
The vehicle fire was extinguished by Center Fire Department, with Eastern and Owensburg Fire Departments assisting.

Both Hudoff and Wyatt were taken to Bloomington Hospital.
A hospital spokeswoman said Wyatt was listed in fair condition Thursday. No information was available for Hudoff.
