TERRE HAUTE — Local, state VA clinics doing well

I’m writing to express my gratitude to the people at the Terre Haute VA Clinic, because they do an outstanding job. As soon as a veteran enters the building, a friendly receptionist immediately greets you and asks you to sign in and then advises you that someone will be with you shortly; and the wait is not long before another VA employee enters the waiting room to call your name. They are polite, professional and caring people who genuinely respect those they serve and carry out their duties in an exemplary manner. Thanks you very much.

The same goes for the personnel at Roudebush VA Hospital in Indianapolis. As soon as you enter the building, personnel greet you and offer their assistance. All personnel I’ve encountered are very outgoing and on constant alert to assist a veteran in any way. Thanks to them as well.
