TERRE HAUTE —
Great support for CODA’s efforts
On behalf of the Council on Domestic Abuse (CODA), I would like to thank everyone who supported our annual Monte Carlo Masquerade on Oct. 25, at the Ohio Building.
We are very grateful to Terre Haute Regional Hospital and Terre Haute Savings Bank for their continued support as our major sponsors, to all the individuals and businesses who donated sponsorships and silent auction items and to all of those who attended the event. Special thanks also go to Lucky Reddy for donating the radio advertising, to Dusty Derigo for contributing his graphic design talents and to First Financial Bank for providing the printing services.
We would also like to recognize our volunteers from the Clinton Breakfast Optimist Club, Clinton Lions Club and Elements Salon. Without them, we could not hold this event. The volunteers provide more than just their time and effort — they add the fun that makes the evening so entertaining. We truly appreciate each and every person who helped make this year’s Monte Carlo Masquerade an even bigger success than last year’s event.
A special thank you to the committee that helped pull all of this together: Marsha Ciolli, Annie Conley, Angie Marvel, Rita Penman, Nellie Simbol, Cheryl White, Julie White and Leslie Wilkinson.
Your support makes it possible for us to continue working toward our goal of eliminating domestic abuse and sexual assault through societal change and empowering abused individuals and their dependent children. All the funds raised at the event will stay in the Wabash Valley to provide emergency shelter, legal advocacy, support services and educational programs.
We hope to you’ll join us at next year’s Monte Carlo Masquerade.
