Keith Edward Gladden

Keith Edward Gladden went to be with the LORD on Oct. 31, 2009, after a nine-month courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Terre Haute, Ind., on Oct. 11, 1956, to the late Howard Louis “Lou” and the late Betty Jo Gladden. He graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 1975 and received a master’s degree from Indiana State University in 1998. He served in the U.S. Navy and was Honorably Discharged in 1980. He was employed with Fortify Software, San Mateo, Calif.

Survivors include his loving wife of 17 years, Evelyn Khoo-Gladden; brothers, Mark, Barry, Scott and Paul; sisters, Valerie and Stacey; and 16 nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service, 1015 Eastchester Dr., High Point, N.C. The family will receive friends and family from 1 p.m. until the time of the service and from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Greensboro Chinese Christian Church Hickswood Facility. A memorial service is also scheduled for Nov. 28, 2009 at the Central Presbyterian Church in Terre Haute.
