Vigo County Jail Log: June 13, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

John A. Clark, 41, 500 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute. Booked 9:56 a.m. Probation violation.

Brian L. Cunningham, 31, 3800 block of East Broad Lanes, Terre Haute. Booked 4:08 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Keith J. Hamblen, 58, 5100 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:58 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Zachary S. Goodwin, 24, 600 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:40 p.m. Failure to appear.

Donyeal C. Williams, 30, 1400 block of Sycamore Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:01 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash and maintaining a common nuisance.

Adam Rose, 37, 1400 block of South Fourth, Terre Haute. Booked 7:58 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Robert D. Quick, 34, 600 block of West Deming, Terre Haute. Booked 9:01 p.m. Domestic battery and probation violation.

Michael L. Wilson, 34, 2100 block of Sycamore, Terre Haute. Booked 9:05 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Lionell S. Guillard, 34, 400 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10 p.m. Failure to appear.

Obrion K. Holden, 23, 1300 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:01 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Tyler Anderson, 27, 7200 block of South U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 11:24 p.m. Public intoxication.

Friday

Lonnie E. Vanhorn, 32, 1500 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:06 a.m. Failure to appear.

Kevin Walters, 35, 1000 block of Morgan Street, Clinton. Booked 1 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Dwayne D. Boone, 44, 700 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:38 a.m. Serious battery with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
