Vigo County Jail Log: Dec. 6, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

John W. Regester, 41, 3000 block of Morris Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:41 a.m. Court order.

John I. Donham, 1000 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:06 a.m. Probation violation.

Jodi L. Lamaster, 31, 600 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:45 p.m. Failure to appear.

Dean C. Clausen, 29, 500 block of West Edwards Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:10 p.m. Theft.

William A. Lewis, 34, 2500 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:09 p.m. Public indecency and fraud.

Friday

Evan Pershing, 20, 2500 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:57 a.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
