Vigo County Jail Log: March 26, 2014

The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Jasmine D. Poland, 37, 2400 block of Chase Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:43 a.m. Possession of chemical reagents/precursors.

Debra K. Wilson, 61, 10 block of Dreiser Square, Terre Haute. Booked 3:40 p.m. Domestic battery.

John H. Fuson Jr., 66, 100 block of South McIlroy Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:33 p.m. Probation violation.

Gerald T. Thomas, 59, 2300 block of Lafayette Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:30 p.m. Domestic battery.

Ryker A. Rundolph, 22, 200 block of Potomac Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:03 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Joseph Stearley, 22, 6500 block of Old Schoolhouse Road, Terre Haute. Booked 11:10 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Wednesday

Andrea Baxendale, 43, 1000 block of East 1400 South, Clinton. Booked 12:05 a.m. Court order.

Dorthera Wills, 51, 2200 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:39 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Christopher M. Davis, 31, 1300 block of North 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:58 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
