Vigo County Jail Log: March 13, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Elise Hernandez-Avila, 27, 1300 block of South Fourth, Terre Haute. Booked 9:03 a.m. Domestic battery.

Jessica A. Bridgewater, 25, 1400 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute. Booked 9:10 a.m. Domestic battery.

Vincent A. Stevens, 22, 3000 block of South 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:40 a.m. Probation violation.

Nicole L. Orman, 31, 1100 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:31 p.m. Probation violation.

Georgina M. Hof, 43, 10 block of Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 9:05 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Thursday

Tyrell D. Collier, 20, 1400 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:20 a.m. Probation violation.

Shawn Riggs, 22, 6300 block of South Indiana 46, Terre Haute. Booked 4:34 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
