Vigo County Jail Log: Jan. 28, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Jamie McKee, 35, 800 block of Ohio Street, Bicknell, Booked 8:51 a.m. Bond revocation.

Eliot M. Utterback, 20, 4500 block of Lafayette Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:15 a.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Michael Whitsit, 19, 1700 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:30 a.m. Failure to appear.

Timothy L. Starks, 22, 9000 block of King Place, Crown Point. Booked 10:20 a.m. Failure to appear.

Warran A. Bradford, 23, 800 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:53 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Jonathon Barker, 42, 2000 block of Deming, Terre Haute. Booked 2:20 p.m. Court order and operating while intoxicated.

Dwayne A. Anderson, 22, 1200 block of North Delaware Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:29 p.m. Failure to appear (three counts), burglary, robbery and aggravated battery.

Crystal M. Thompson, 31, 1600 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:12 p.m. Precursor violations (five counts).

Crystal F. Pitts, 32, 2100 block of 23 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 7:13 p.m. Failure to appear.

James R. Jenkins III, 25, 600 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:34 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.


Carl D. Ford, 33, 12600 block of Indiana 159, Pimento. Booked 2:03 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
